It’s been warm here, and my body has been craving something cool, bright, and fresh. Lately, I’ve been reaching for my Berry Basil Breeze Smoothie, a simple blend of:

A handful of fresh basil leaves

Some days, I pour out frustrations. Other days, it’s gratitude lists or small ideas that spark joy. It feels like giving my mind a gentle de-cluttering session so I can start the day lighter.
There’s something incredibly healing about letting my thoughts spill out without judgment. It’s a small act, but it helps me feel more connected to myself — and more at home in my body.
