Salute to Wellness was created from my deep desire to help women over 45 feel at home in their bodies again. I believe healing chronic inflammation isn’t about restriction, willpower, or perfection. It’s about reclaiming your energy, reducing daily pain, and learning to feel strong and connected again—naturally and with support.
My wellness journey began years ago when I served as a medic in the U.S. Air Force. I saw firsthand how stress, long hours, and overlooked symptoms can lead to deeper health challenges. After facing my own battles with trauma, fatigue, chronic inflammation, and misdiagnoses, I turned to functional nutrition, gentle movement, and holistic healing practices to rebuild my health from the inside out.
Over time, these became the foundation of my life—and now, my work.

Wellness is about aligning with nature, nurturing the mind, body, and spirit, and living each day with intention, balance, and purpose.
My Wellness Philosophy:
Yoga and Pilates have been part of my daily practice for over 20 years. These healing movements have helped me build strength, improve mobility, and find calm, even in life’s most difficult seasons. When paired with nourishing whole foods and intentional lifestyle shifts, they became powerful tools in my own healing. Today, they form the foundation of how I support others.
I know how it feels to wake up tired, stiff, or disconnected from your body. I also know that you don’t need another extreme plan or quick fix. What you need is a path that respects your pace, supports your body, and fits your life.
That’s why I created Salute to Wellness, to offer a gentler, more sustainable way to heal.

At Salute to Wellness, I believe in starting with compassion and building from there. Healing is not a straight line, and you don’t need to do it alone. My approach blends personalized nutrition, gentle movement, and mindful lifestyle shifts to help you feel better in your body and reconnect with your sense of self.
I take the time to listen—really listen—to what your body has been trying to tell you. Together, we look at the full picture: your symptoms, your habits, your goals, and the season of life you're in. Then we create a clear, supportive plan rooted in real food, daily rhythm, and whole-person wellness.
This is not about restriction or chasing perfection. It’s about giving your body what it needs to heal—with grace, patience, and practical tools that fit your real life.
