Rebuilding trust with your body instead of fighting it
My work is grounded in education, compassion, and steady progress. No extremes. No overwhelm. Just supportive guidance that meets you where you are.

Why I Do This Work
My background includes years of experience in healthcare, education, and wellness, along with advanced training in nutrition and holistic coaching. I’ve seen how often women’s symptoms are dismissed, minimized, or normalized as “just part of getting older.”
I know there is another way.
My role is not to tell you what to do, but to guide, support, and empower you with tools that make sense for your life and your body.
Let’s Move Forward Together
You don’t need to overhaul your life to feel better. You need steady support, clear guidance, and permission to move at a pace that feels right.
Whether you’re just beginning or refining what you already know, Salute to Wellness is here to support you with care, clarity, and encouragement.
Here’s to feeling stronger, calmer, and more at home in your body, one simple shift at a time.
With warmth,
Diana
My Wellness Philosophy:
Feeling well is not about pushing harder or fixing yourself.
It’s about learning how to support your body with movement, nourishment, and routines that feel steady, grounding, and sustainable over time.
Gentle practices like yoga and Pilates help build strength, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system, especially during seasons of stress or physical change. When paired with nourishing whole foods and intentional lifestyle shifts, they become powerful tools for restoring balance and reconnecting with your body.
This philosophy guides everything I offer inside Salute to Wellness.
I know how common it is for women over 40 to wake up feeling tired, stiff, or disconnected from themselves. I also know that another extreme plan or rigid protocol is rarely the answer.
What does work is a supportive approach that respects your pace, adapts to your life, and helps you rebuild trust in your body instead of fighting it.
That is why Salute to Wellness exists: to offer a gentler, more sustainable path forward, one rooted in care, consistency, and real life.
My Approach:
Here, you are not rushed, judged, or expected to be perfect.
Healing is not a straight line, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. At Salute to Wellness, support begins with compassion and grows through steady, intentional care.
Your plan is built around you…your body, your symptoms, your lifestyle, and the season of life you’re in. We focus on personalized nutrition, gentle movement, and mindful daily rhythms that help you feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself.
Listening is at the heart of this work. Together, we look at the full picture…not just what you eat, but how you live, move, rest, and experience stress. From there, we create a clear, supportive path forward rooted in real food, simple routines, and whole-person wellness.
This is not about restriction or chasing perfection. It’s about learning how to care for your body with patience, trust, and practical tools that fit into real life.
Whether we work together short-term or over several months, my role is to walk beside you — helping you build confidence, restore balance, and feel supported not only physically, but emotionally and energetically as well.
