Golden Berry Revive Smoothie

A bright, calming blend that feels like a reset, one sip at a time.

Some mornings, you just want something that tastes fresh and clean. Not heavy, not complicated, just a simple blend that helps you feel a little more awake, a little more like yourself.

My Golden Berry Revive Smoothie has become one of my go-to favorites when I’m craving something light, refreshing, and good for my body. It’s made with frozen pineapple, cranberries, creamy coconut milk, and a hint of ginger, nothing fancy, just real ingredients that work well together.

It’s the kind of smoothie that feels like a little pick-me-up when you’re dragging. Tart, sweet, and full of color, like a soft reset for your mood and digestion.

What’s Inside

Serves 2

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup frozen cranberries

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons pitted dates

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

  • ½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt

How to Make It

Just blend everything together until smooth and creamy. That’s it.

I like to drink mine slowly, maybe with my feet up or while writing my to-do list. It’s one of those little rituals that helps me feel steady before the day gets moving.

Why I Keep Coming Back to This Smoothie

  • It’s easy. No prep, no mess, just toss and blend.

  • It’s soothing on the stomach and full of natural fiber.

  • It’s balanced, not too sweet, not too tart, just enough to feel refreshing.

  • And it makes me feel like I’ve done something kind for myself before the day even starts.
