3 Favorite Smoothies I’m Loving Right Now

Simple, nourishing blends to support your daily flow

Some seasons call for more effort.

And some seasons call for simplicity.

Lately, I’ve been leaning into the kind of nourishment that feels easy to make and easy to enjoy. Smoothies have quietly found their way back into my routine, not as something complicated, but as something supportive.

On the days when I don’t feel like thinking too much about food…
On mornings when I want something light yet nourishing…
On the afternoons when I need a reset…

These are the smoothies I’ve been reaching for.

They’re simple, balanced, and made with ingredients that support digestion, energy, and what I like to call your daily flow…that steady, supported feeling throughout the day.

My Go-To Blender

Before we get into the recipes, I’ll share this because I’m often asked.

I use a Vitamix 5200 Blender, and it’s one of the few kitchen tools I’ve had for years that truly holds up. My previous one lasted over 12 years, so while it is an investment, it has been worth it for me.

For serving, I’ve been using these simple glass mason jars, which make it easy to take a smoothie outside or enjoy it slowly.

Strawberry Green Smoothie

A gentle, everyday reset

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice

Directions

Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Why this works

This is one of those smoothies that feels light but still grounding.

  • Spinach supports gentle detox pathways and adds minerals without overpowering the flavor

  • Strawberries bring natural sweetness and vitamin C

  • Ginger supports digestion and helps everything move a little more smoothly

  • Chia and hemp seeds add fiber and healthy fats, helping you stay full longer

This is the one I tend to reach for when I want something simple and refreshing without overthinking it.

Mango Coconut Lime Smoothie

Creamy, bright, and satisfying

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 1/2 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp pitted dates

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Why this works

This one feels a little more indulgent, but it’s still very supportive.

  • Mango provides natural energy and a creamy texture

  • Almond butter adds healthy fats that help stabilize blood sugar

  • Lime juice brightens everything and supports digestion

  • Dates add just enough sweetness without needing anything processed

This is the smoothie I tend to make when I want something that feels a little more filling or like a treat.

Beet Mango Smoothie

For circulation, energy, and a deeper reset

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large beet, diced

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 1/2 small carrot, chopped

  • 3/4 tsp fresh grated ginger

  • 1/2 cup baby spinach

  • juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1 tbsp mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup water (or more as needed)

Directions

If needed, lightly steam the beet until just tender and allow to cool. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.

Why this works

This smoothie is a little more grounding and supportive.

  • Beets support circulation and natural detox pathways

  • Carrots and berries add antioxidants

  • Mint and lime help lighten the flavor and support digestion

  • Ginger helps everything feel a little easier on your system

This is the one I reach for when I feel like my body needs a little extra support.
